People - Interweave Production Group

A 5th generation Californian and a graduate of the Broad- cast School at San Francisco State, Roger Inman has lived in the Bay Area all his life. His career spans over 20 years, and includes such assignments as musical director for the Oakland A’s and San Francisco Giants, audio mixer for a variety of sports organizations as well as corporate clients, and lead audio assistant for Fox Sports on several recent Superbowls. As president of Interweave Production Group, Roger’s focus is directed on building strong customer relationships with the emphasis on reliability, quality, and trust.

As the son of a record producer, Wes Weaver literally grew up inside recording and television studios, first as a tape operator and then as a recording engineer and producer. Wes spent several years mixing audio for TV broadcasts of major sports, corporate, and entertainment events. In addition to audio engineering, Wes has directed on-site, giant screen video programming for NASCAR auto racing and several corporate broadcasts. Wes prides himself on his "big picture" approach, whether it's facility design or production expertise.

Laura Sheridan has been involved in the field of professional broadcast video for over 20 years. Her experience includes working for several prominent professional video providers in both northern and southern California. It is the people in this industry that interest her, and she much prefers the interaction with these people over the excitement of being involved in “cutting-edge technology.” Laura joined SportsMusic Audio in 2000, and helped see them through the change and incorporation to Interweave Production Group at the beginning of 2001. She is currently responsible for crew scheduling and payrolling, as well as additional administrative responsibilities.
